I am happy to travel to conduct home and prison visits. I can usually turn reports around within 6-8 weeks, sooner if required. I am a qualified medical doctor with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, GMC-registered in the UK (GMC No. 7059958) and holding a Medco ID (DME8637) for expert witness work under the MedCo framework. With extensive NHS experience since 2013, I specialise in clinical assessments, diagnostics and treatment planning. Dr Al-Sayed has an interest in renal disorders and acute kidney injury, in particular risk recognition, early detection and intervention in both oncology and non-oncology patients. He has a further interest in electrolyte and acid base disturbances, particularly in patients receiving systemic anticancer chemotherapy.
