Since 2010, my main work has been in stroke medicine. However, I continue to have a commitment to geriatric and internal medicine. Dr Kishore is involved in the delivery of high-quality hyperacute stroke care, including thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy. He has a special clinical interest in the diagnosis and management of acute cerebrovascular conditions such as acute ischaemic stroke, acute intracerebral haemorrhage, carotid and vertebral artery dissections and TIAs. He is also interested in secondary prevention, understanding the aetiopathogenesis of stroke and the evaluation of embolic strokes of unknown source.

I am a doctor of medicine practising for over 22 years as an NHS England hospital-based Consultant Physician and an accredited specialist in Stroke and Neurovascular Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Adult Internal Medicine. I provide expert witness and condition and prognosis reports, and am happy to attend court hearings and coroner's inquests.
