I have worked in an expert witness practice since the mid-1990s, initially on a part-time basis, in the area of noise and vibration, with a focus on occupational injuries such as NIHL, tinnitus, RSI, VWF and CTS. This involved site inspections, testing, computational analysis and report preparation. In 2016, the practice became a limited company and I became a full-time Director and Principal Consultant. I have since provided the courts with over 300 single joint expert witness reports, mainly in NIHL cases.
