Dr Hobson has specialist interests in: • Palliative medicine in non-malignant conditions, including renal failure, hepatic failure, cardiac failure, neurodegenerative conditions and trauma, as well as cancer care • Early identification of patients with palliative care needs, working closely with the emergency department to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate investigations/ intervention, including advance care planning • Interest in facilitating and managing patients’ care needs across care settings
