I have been preparing expert employment and earnings reports since 2016 for personal injury, medical negligence and family law cases. I provide reports for the court, commenting on a claimant’s capacity for work and their career and earnings trajectory both for the index event and now. Claimants come from a variety of backgrounds (military personnel, NHS staff, Civil Service employees, teachers, high-income professionals, the self-employed, children/adolescents, students, deceased individuals and many more).
